Sibu Wildlife Sanctuary

First, you need to create a new Post (not a new Page, that’s different).

Now do the following in your new Post page:

1. Add a Title to the post – the Title is at the very top of the post. The Title will appear on the slideshow photo
2. Go to the Post menu in your post draft (far right of screen; there are two options, Post and Block – you want Post) and do these things:

• Scroll down and add an Excerpt. The slide will not show up unless you add the Excerpt. This will show up as the subtitle on the slideshow photo
• Scroll down and select the Category called Slideshow Posts
• Add the Featured Image – this is the photo you want to show up in the slideshow
• Under Discussion, make sure “Allow comments” and “Allow pingbacks & trackbacks” are unchecked.
• Every photo in the slideshow will have a link button on it called “Learn More” – so, on the Simple Redirect menu item at the bottom of the Post menu, choose a Page that Learn More button should link to, or add another URL altogether (like a link to a Classy donation page)
